People are always asking me what we serve at India Joze. I always answer "Yes".
Over the years, Jozseph Schultz has covered immense culinary territory. His favorite dishes span the world and the history of cooking. This very old list is by no means exhaustive, but are some of the popular offerings over the years. The lay-out is still a little sloppy as work to consolidate various lists continues. A version of this drink is popular in Egypt and Sudan, where it is called "kirkadey". On a mythological sidenote, the avenging Egyptian goddess Hathor abandonned her elimination of all humans after drinking a mix of hibiscus cooler and beer thinking it was blood. Hence, our special drink "Hathor's Happiness".
