1 egg yolk
1 whole egg
1/2 a lemon rind (grated)
100 grams butter
100 grams sugar
2 coffee spoons sweetened vanilla
250 grams flour
Mix the sugar, butter, lemon rind, sweetened vanilla and the egg, - then add the flour. Sprinkle the dough with flour and roll it to a thickness of 1/2 cm. Cut 20 cm. squares from the dough, cut them in half, and join the angles to the middle of the long side, forming triangles. Place the biscuits on a buttered cookie sheet. Scallop one side of the triangles, brush with egg yolk and bake in a medium oven for about 10 minutes.
