Mix the butter, flour, sweetened vanilla, the grated lemon rind, sugar and 2 egg yolks to make a dough, and roll it out the thickness of 1 cm. Cut circles out of the dough, place them on a buttered cookie sheet, brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with icing sugar. Bake 20 minutes. |
