Mix the yoghurt, butter, oil and salt. Add enough flour to make a firm dough. Roll this out to the thickness of 1/2 cm. With a knife cut out assorted shapes - triangles, circles, ovals, rectangles etc Place them on a buttered cookie sheet and brush with egg yolk. NOTE: Some cheese or sesame seeds may be placed in the middle of each cake. |
