ORANGE BISCUITS Portakalli Biskuvi
1 soup spoon orange marmalade
1/2 grated lemon rind
2 egg yolks
250 grams butter
250 grams sugar
3 eggs
300 grams flour
a little sweetened vanilla

Beat the butter, sugar, sweetened vanilla and lemon rind. Add the eggs and yolks one by one, then add the flour. With a pastry bag or with a spoon, put walnut size portions of the dough on a buttered cookie sheet.

Bake 10 minutes in a medium oven. When the biscuits have cooled, stick them together two by two by spreading a layer of marmalade between them.
