FRUIT CREAM Meyvali Krema
1/2 kilo apples
1/2 kilo bananas
1/2 kilo pears
1/2 kilo sugar
100 grams pistachio nuts
2 litres milk
2 packets sugared vanilla
200 grams flour
7 or 8 tangerines
8 eggs

Make a hollow place in the flour. Make a light paste adding the eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar successively. Pour it into a saucepan. Bring to a boil slowly and let boil for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Peel the fruit. Dice the apples, pears and bananas. Slice the tangerines into half-moons. Pour the fruit into the cream. Mix and spoon the cream into dessert bowls. Decorate with the pistachio nuts.
