LIQUEUR BISCUITS Likorlu Biskuvi
1 egg yolk
1/2 coffee spoon cinnamon
1/2 coffee spoon grated lemon rind
150 grams butter
150 grams flour
150 grams pistachio nuts
2 soup spoons brandy
75 grams sugar
Mix the butter, sugar, cinnamon, lemon rind. Then add the egg yolk, finely crushed pistachio nuts and flour. Mix lightly. Divide the dough into two equal parts. With each half make a roll 3 cm. in diameter. Let them stand 1 hour in the refrigerator. Cut the rolls into 1 and 1/2 cm. slices and place them on a buttered cookie sheet. With a brush, moisten the biscuits with the brandy. Bake for 10 minutes in a medium oven.
