KASHAR CHEESE CAKE Kasar Peynirli Kek
1 packet yeast
1/4 litre milk sesame seeds
100 grams grated cheese (Kasar, Gruyere or Cantal)
150 grams butter
3 glasses flour
4 eggs
salt
Beat the eggs with a wisk. Add the melted butter, grated cheese, milk. Mix well. Then stir in the flour, yeast and sesame seeds. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold. Bake in a medium oven for 45 - 50 minutes.
