Make a hollow in the flour. In the center, place the melted butter and grated cheese. Mix. Add the soda and lemon juice. Make the dough and let stand 20 minutes. Roll the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut your desired shapes out of the dough and place them on a buttered cookie sheet, space them 1 cm. apart from each other. Brush them with egg yolk and garnish with sesame seeds. Bake in a hot oven for 30 to 35 minutes. |
