1 packet yeast
1/2 coffee cup water
1/2 coffee spoon salt
150 grams butter
250 grams flour
Make a hollow place in the flour. Place the softened butter, water and salt in the center Make-the dough. Finally, add the yeast and knead well. Take walnut size portions of the dough and roll them into sticks 15-16 cm. long, and place them 1 cm. from each other on a buttered cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in a hot oven for 6 to 7 minutes.
