1 and 1/2 coffee spoons salt
12 kidneys
2 green peppers
2 soup spoons butter
2 tomatoes

Seed and cut up the tomatoes and green peppers. Cut each kidney in half. On six broiling sticks, skewer a series of kidney, tomato and green pepper pieces. Repeat four times on each skewer. Salt and broil four minutes on each side on a barbecue or broiler.
