CURRY CHICKEN Hint Biberli Pilic
1 coffee cup cream
1 coffee cup white wine
1 finely chopped onion
1 soup spoon finely chopped apple
1 soup spoon finely chopped celery
1 soup spoon flour
1 soup spoon tomato sauce
1/2 soup spoon curry
1/2 soup spoon salt
2 and 1/2 glasses meat broth
2 soup spoons butter
a 1 kilo chicken (in pieces)

Brown all sides of the meat in butter. Add the onion, celery and apple and brown for 2 minutes. Add the flour and stir. Stir in the tomato sauce, white wine and curry. Finally add the broth and salt and cook 25 minutes on a low heat. When ready to serve, pour the cream over the chicken and mix.
