CARROT SALAD Havuc Salatasi
4 Servings
1 soup spoon olive oil
1/2 glass yoghurt
2 cloves of crushed garlic
500 grams carrots
a few black olives
some salt

Cook, but don't overcook the peeled carrots in boiling water. Drain and grate them. Add to this carrot puree the yoghurt, garlic, salt and oil. Mix. Decorate with black olives.
