8 Servings 1 and 1/2 litres of meat broth or water 1 Kilo of green peas 1/2 soup spoon of salt Some chopped parsley |

Boil the peas in water for 15 minutes, drain and blend them with a mixer or put through a food mill. Put the pea puree in a saucepan, add the broth, the salt, the butter. Cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly with a spoon. When cooked, add the chopped parsley, mix and serve. |
